Star Trek: Starfleet Academy: Review: Kids These Days

Just finished watching this show and I loved the first fifteen or twenty minutes of it but the second Caleb stepped through the grooming machine it was game over. I felt disconnected. I thought that the Doctor coming back was briliant and the pretty alien named Genesis was graceful and smart. She exhuded confidence and intelligence and stole the intelligent aspect of the show and the black hologram was not good.

She was not cute and that’s coming from a man whose type are plus sized, dark skinned women. Yes, I love all women but something about plus sized girls turns me on. I get weak and dark skinned ones too. Have them rampant at my job and they are breathtakingly beautiful. Big up yourselves.

The blue alien reminded me of Beast from X-Men. I don’t know why he was a jerk at first but he became a hero and saved the day but just too fast a rate. Wasn’t feeling that. Chancellor was beautiful and her relationship with Caleb, amazing!

Paul Giamatti’s character stole the second half of the show. He was brilliant and Paul is a fine underrated actor in Hollywood. His craft is undeniable significant. He should be up there with Denzel and Leonardo, but he isn’t.

The klingon was too weak for one of his physical attributes. Things stopped working for this episode after the first 30 to 35 minutes. I wasn’t feeling it that much. But overall it deserves a B minus. I’ll give it that because I am a Star Trek fan. Sorry!
